There’s more to genealogy than a name on a family tree.
Alamogordo author Pamela Roberts Lee wrote a historical fiction book about her ancestor John Lee who she says is also an ancestor of Great Britain’s Princes William and Harry.
“I wrote it because I was interested in learning more about my ancestor John Lee and all my ancestors, actually,” Lee said.

The Author
Pamela Roberts Lee is a retired U.S. Air Force Reserve Judge Advocate Colonel and former U.S. Department of Justice Trial Attorney who has appeared in courts throughout the United States. She currently lives in Alamogordo with her husband Matt, where she is the former Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
